Property management system (coursework)
A team full-stack property-management application: a PostgreSQL schema for users, properties, tenants, agreements, payments and maintenance, an Express API, and a Nuxt frontend with a different dashboard for each role.
What it is
This course project modelled the day-to-day data of property management and put it behind an API and a web interface. It is unrelated to Profound Properties, which is professional work for a company.
My part
I built most of the Nuxt frontend: the sign-in flow, the role-based dashboard and the list, detail and create pages.
April 2025. Team of three: Dipendra Shrestha, Tejas D. Shinde and me. Dipendra wrote most of the API and database layer. It is separate from the professional Profound Properties platform built at Stylabs.
